Title 24 Information

California Law requires homeowners and building owners to fulfill Title 24 requirements to issue new construction permits or do renovations.

This was set in place to attain a sustainable energy future emphasizing energy efficiency and renewable energy sources.

Based on the recommendations in your Title 24 report, our Raters will perform HERS testing and produce documentation to close out and complete your permit.

We cover it all! Services can include Duct Leakage Testing, Refrigerant Testing, Air Flow Testing, Fan Efficiency Testing, Blower Door Testing, Combustion Air Zone (CAZ) Testing, and Whole Home Energy Audits.
